Elizabeth “Tina” Andrews is the Chief Financial Officer at HMS where she has successfully positioned HMS as cost-competitive small business in various areas of Federal contracts. She oversees daily business operations for the company, manages the accounting and HR teams, and is responsible for corporate planning, budgeting, billing, and job costing. Ms. Andrews has over 20 years of accounting and financial services experience from small start-ups to larger firms such as Wartsila NSDPower and Kaplan and Kaplan. She is a certified LPN, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. |
