Roy Jones has more than 12 years of experience in Contract and Project Management and currently manages all aspects of HMS’ contracts department as well as performing in-house legal review of all incoming and outgoing legal documents and agreements. He also serves as the Program Manager for HMS’ Mentor Protégé relationship with IBM sponsored by the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, Central Research sponsored by the Department of Treasury, and Business Integra sponsored by Department of Health and Human Services. Mr. Jones has a Master of Science in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University, a Masters Certificate in Government Contracting from George Washington University School of Business, and is a National Contracts Management Association (NCMA) Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM). |
