Harry M. Siegel has been the HMS President since founding the company in 2003. He has over 25 years of project resource management and marketing experience, 20 years of which involved the direction of large organizations and multimillion-dollar operations. Mr. Siegel is a 1973 Graduate of the US Naval Academy and holds a Master's Degree in Computer Systems from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. As the senior executive and Chairman, Mr. Siegel plays a central role in corporate strategic direction, overall marketing plans, and corporate partnerships within the company. |
