Carter Craft joined HMS in 2008 and is responsible for Program Management across multiple Federal Agencies in various projects and large-scale deployments. Mr. Craft has an extensive background in progressive management including field operations, data center management, logistics, scheduling, as well as project and program management. At HMS, Mr. Craft manages geographically diverse project managers, analysts, and subject matter experts while supporting all Business Development efforts for the company. |
