As CEO, William “Bill” Kirkpatrick oversees the strategic and daily management of the company and works to strengthen HMS’ key partnerships to further business development. He also serves as HMS’ Corporate Security Officer and is responsible for guiding and overseeing all hardware sales and integration projects for both the Federal Government and commercial industry. Prior to HMS, Mr. Kirkpatrick garnered over 22 years of project management, human resource management, and marketing experience. He retired from the US Air Force with more than 20 years of distinguished service. |
