HMS was incorporated in 2003 as a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and built upon the principles of duty, honor, and commitment to excellence. Headquartered in historic Martinsburg, WV, the corporation has grown over 2000% and is engaged in multiple government and commercial contracts. In 2011, HMS transitioned from a Small to Large Business, and is recognized amongst partners such as IBM, Dell, and Lockheed Martin as a reliable, trustworthy, and capable business entity.

HMS' executive staff is composed of veterans and business professionals with over 100 years of combined executive leadership. We are proud that veterans make up 45 percent of the present staff.

I designed this corporation with a clear and simple two-fold strategy. We sell hardware and software of choice to penetrate an organization.

We perform at the highest level possible and deliver above and beyond their expectations, and then we radiate with service. Most organizations say that they are award winning entities, but we have the hardware to prove it. Among our most prized awards is DoD’s 2007 SDVOSB of the Year.

I was both an enlisted man and an officer in the United States Navy, and I’m very proud of my service to this fine nation. Our mantra is real, our commitment is unwavering, and we have enjoyed unparalleled success because of our quality and “speed to market” coupled with outstanding personnel and teammates.
